BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW!
Our success is due to the flexibility of our programming where children can attend one to five days a week or as drop-ins. We provide a safe and fun environment for children outside school hours where they can be with their friends. We also escort the younger children to and from their classes at Ecole Pauline Johnson.
Program activities include:
* Healthy after-school snack
* Inside/outside play
* Arts and crafts
* Baking
* Escorts to Swim Lessons and other WV Community Center programs
* Friday programs (e.g., skating, gym sports)
Homework and Fun
Staff will assist children in Grades 3-6 with their homework after 4:30 pm. When finished, they can either relax in our music corner to read and listen to their favourite tunes, or join other children in numerous indoor and outdoor activities.
Hours of Operation
Before School Care: 7:30 am to 9:00 am
After School Care: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Our staff are qualified Early Childhood Educators and teachers with years of experience in the child care field.
They believe in providing a nurturing, challenging, motivating and positive environment for young children, through age appropriate activities. In planning curriculum , their goal is to encourage the growth of each individual child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. They are fluent in many languages including Spanish, Rumanian, Farsi and French.

It is a non-profit society providing preschool programs, before school care, after school care and kindercare to the Vancouver North shore community including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Lynn Valley, and Horseshoe Bay. Petit PJ Preschool offers exciting programs to 2-5 year olds. We are here to serve your needs and meet your expectations. We are currently registering for September 2011 opening of Petit PJ Preschool program.
